How We Produce Our Humus Compost<\/p>\t\n\t\t\t

Step One<\/h5>

Beginning of the Recipe<\/h2>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

We start with (pen pack) live stock manure bedded with carbons (corn fodder, straw, and hay). Selecting the proper carbon-nitrogen ratio by adding additional leaves and corn fodder make the perfect environment for microbes excel.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Step Two <\/h5>

Mixing & Applying <\/h2>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

Mixing carbons and nitrogenous properly for microbial breakdown. Inoculate windrows with N-converters, humidifiers & finishers for nutrient control and breakdown.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t

Step Three<\/h5>

Aeromaster Equipment<\/h2>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

Step Four<\/h5>

Moisture Control <\/h2>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

Covers for moisture control between 42% and 48%. Too wet creates anaerobic conditions. If conditions become too dry, and the breakdown process is slowed.<\/p>\n\t\t\t

Step Five <\/h5>

Temperature Control<\/h2>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

Temperature monitored between 130\u00b0-150\u00b0 during the compost cycle sterilizes any pathogens and disease present in the feed-stock. The proper heat cycle while composting, eliminates tomato and weed seeds.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"DSC_0666322222\"\n\t\t\t\t\"DSC_059811111\"\n\t\t\t
